A company specializing in plastic machining using NC lathes and other equipment.
Our company mainly specializes in precision parts such as medical devices. We have modified NC lathes to process materials up to Φ40, but we primarily handle relatively small products, with those below Φ25 accounting for about 90% of our output. We can accommodate inner diameter processing starting from drilling holes of Φ0.1. Additionally, we use custom-made diamond tools for cutting, allowing us to achieve a glossy and smooth surface finish.
